FYI

Here are some updates for you to start off the week:

1-Someone on Stack 4 is smoking cigarettes on their balcony and tossing the burning cigarette butts off the balcony. They are landing on balconies below you. I don't want to know who you are, but it needs to stop immediately!!!! If you are smoking, clean up after yourself!!!

2-Our 50 year old back flow pipes failed this year's test and need to be replaced. This is an expensive repair that will require the water service to the building shut down for a day. As soon as Ali knows when it is on the plumber's schedule she will let everyone know. I hope the new pipes last 50 years! By the way, back flow pipes have something to do with getting water from the city pipes into our building.

3-Tomorrow, Tuesday, 3/23, I have a dentist appointment, NO! That's not what I was going to tell you! We are having our trash chutes serviced tomorrow. If you see people you don't know at the trash chute areas, that's why!

4-From the ongoing story of Pompano's Department of Buildings, we continue to wait for permits to install the floor on the second floor hallway and the roof of the pool area wet room. So what else would we expect?
