Pool Deck- The concrete was poured on the deck last week. The sloping for proper drainage has also been completed. It takes 5-10 days to cure. Then, RobMar will add the spray deck with the knockdown finish (similar to the balconies). After the spray deck, the railings will be installed. The pool will be reopened in early to mid-June. The pool cabana room is still under construction. A portion of the AC ducts needs to be replaced, then the room will be drywalled, and painted.
1 & 2 Stack- The wall between the two stacks’ balconies has been completed. Excavations are being filled. Some units require more extensive concrete excavations and are taking longer to complete. They are pouring curbs and installing frames on multiple units. Sliding glass door removals and reinstallations are underway.
Garage- RobMar is done with the columns. It will be painted when less people are here.
Front Entrance- We are working on obtaining prices for a new name sign. The roof of the front entrance needs to be waterproofed.
8 Stack- The engineer inspected all of the balconies in this stack. He noted a few minor details that needed to be completed. The engineer will reinspect the units once those last items are done. Residents may use their balconies, as they passed the railing inspections. You can put your furniture and plants back out on the balcony. The only mandate is you cannot be out on the balcony while RobMar is onsite. This would be Mondays-Fridays 8am to 4pm. They are still completing the stack and have the swing stage on stack 08. For safety purposes, you will not be permitted out there during the workday until the entire stack is done. You are welcome to be on the balcony in the evenings and weekends.
