Below are construction update notes:
Pool Deck – The deck is almost complete. The curb around the pool has been painted. The safety equipment has been hung up. We are waiting for a couple more safety signs to be delivered and installed. Then, the deck needs to be painted, and inspected by the health department before we can open it for resident use. We are doing everything we can to open the pool as soon as possible.
Pool Cabana Room - The pool cabana room is progressing well. The drywall and ceiling are done, along with the kitchen frame. Appliances and fixtures are ready to be installed. Next items to complete are the flooring, cabinets, painting, and furniture. Epoxy with flake flooring will be installed. The Board selected a bid and materials have been ordered for the floor. The hallway leading out to the deck will have the same flooring.
1 & 2 Stack – A few units have had the sliders reinstalled and weather walls removed. They have begun installing weather walls in additional units.
Garage – Phase 1 of the garage painting project is almost done. RobMar will begin phase 2 on Monday, July 17th.
Front Entrance - We are working on obtaining prices for a new name sign. The roof of the front entrance needs to be waterproofed. We are collecting bids for the front entrance roof.
Storage Room – The emergency exit door has been replaced and passed the permit inspection. RobMar will complete the remaining items in the storage room. Then, the cages will be reinstalled.
