HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO ALL!
With time off for the holiday, there are only a few work days, so here is a short update.
1-With some "cold weather fronts" coming into Florida, the stack 7 and 8 window drop was started. Of course most of us would call it a "cooler" front. Cold fronts bring dry weather which made it safe to open up the outside concrete.
2-Stack 8 has some sliding doors being replace and in the next week a few will be removed. You will be notified if you are involved.
3-Weather permitting the 8 stack window drop (front of building) will have painters here to paint next week.
4-Weather permitting stack 1 work will begin in earnest this coming week.
FYI-There have been accusations that owners are not being adequately updated. Granted, these accusations are made by a few. I will tell you that since I became President, and now that I am "only" a Board Member dealing with construction, I have published 238 updates on email and on the website. If you are not being adequately updated, then you haven't bothered reading my updates. You have no one to blame but yourself for not reading them. I have spent hours on these updates so that YOU ARE INFORMED! I have also responded to EVERY question emailed to me about the information in my updates. I am offended by those few who insist that they are not updated. I have spent many hours to make sure that YOU ARE UPDATED. Everyone needs to take responsibility for his or her own actions. If you didn't bother staying updated by reading my emails and posts, then shame on you! But don't blame someone else for your inaction.
