I apologize for repeating myself.

Unfortunately, sometimes things need to be repeated for those who may not have seen it the first time.

Our building is undergoing an EXTENSIVE concrete restoration. If your stack is being worked on, then YOU MAY NOT use your balcony. You MAY NOT remove the wood that was placed there to keep the door closed. You MAY NOT put your outdoor furniture on the balcony and since your rebuilt balcony has NOT passed final inspection, your balcony also has not passed its final safety inspection! Should you decide to take a chance with your life by ignoring these warnings, please be aware that you are also subjecting yourself to a fine and a bill for any damage that needs to be redone in order to pass the final inspection. If you think this is a joke, please refer to the Champlain Towers headlines in the Sun Sentinel.

To make things clear:

If your unit number ends in a 3, for example 203, then you are in the 3 stack. If your unit ends in a 4, for example 904, then you are in the 4 stack and so on.

Stacks 3, 4 and 5 are completed. Work is done and your balconies have passed all safety inspections. Feel free to use your balconies.

Stacks, 6, 7 and 8 are currently under construction and balconies are NOT TO BE USED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!

Stacks 1 and 2 have not been started yet. You may continue to use your balconies until work starts on your stack.

Stan
