Attention all residents,
Starting Thursday, August 24th, RobMar will be waterproofing the ledge around the covered parking garage. Please vacate spaces 3-22 & spaces 67-79 to protect your vehicles from any overspray. If you are unable to move your vehicle, they will cover it with plastic. This project should conclude by 8am on Saturday, August 26th. On Saturday, you may resume using the abovementioned parking spots.
Please see the attached map for a visual of the affected parking spaces. The spaces marked red should be empty between Thursday at 8am and Saturday at 8am. If you have any questions, please email me at tmarsters@dstpm.net. Thank you all for your cooperation.
