There will be an assessment to pay for the legal settlement for the Pam Lucas lawsuit. The amounts per unit are listed below. Payment will be due by October 1, 2021 as payment is due to Ms. Lucas in mid-October. Payment should be made by checks made out to Aristocrat Condominium Association and mailed to the Aristocrat Condo Office, 1200 Hibiscus Avenue, Pompano Beach, FL 33062, Attn: Ali.
