  1. Good news! Marc and I brainstormed about the mailroom, and, after several estimates of $7000 decided to have the mailroom painted and shelving installed ourselves for $110. This should help with all the Amazon packages! Sure looks clean and efficient!!

  2. We cut our service bills in half for our building Air Conditioning maintenance! I negotiated with a new vendor who was our best tech and now has started a new company.

  3. Parking stickers!!! Register at the office if you are a visitor or you don't have a visible sticker in your car. We certainly would hate to tow your vehicle , but you give us no choice. All vehicles parked in any of the Aristocrat parking spaces MUST have a VALID sticker. Get er done ! LAST NOTICE

  4. Garbage--the room was just cleaned up and was to be painted, but someone threw a can of paint down the chute and paint got all over the room! The chute has also been clogged 2 times over the past week, with pillows, blankets and large, UNCRUSHED cardboard boxes! Please carry these items down to the garbage bins. It costs time and money to clear the chutes. ALSO, do NOT put whole boxes in the recycle bins! They MUST be broken down and flattened. Those bins fill up way too fast otherwise .More pickups, more COST to YOU

  5. Concrete restoration--1 stack is in progress. They hope to finish the stucco on 7 and 8 next week and then hopefully the pool area work progresses

  6. I have been pursuing our ELSS project with meetings and now start the bidding. Remember, this is mandated Emergency Life Support System involving the sprinkler system in our building. Since I was able o get permits before the law changes, we saved around $200,000. You are welcome!!

  7. We have started our new security and cameras project. As soon as the concrete is done in the front of the building, we can put it in place.

  8. We are in process with our annual independent audit. Again, this is done YEARLY and INDEPENDENTLY. Thanks to STEVE SEGAL for his help! ALOT OF WORK!!

  9. We are doing a lot of painting projects and landscaping and all around clean up of the condo area.HOPE you noticed! Values continue to climb for your investment
