Payment Information

Ali and I have gotten a number of inquiries regarding the payment of the next Special Assessment Payment. It is very simple. You can mail it to the Aristocrat Condo Office, Attn: Ali, or, if you are in the building you can just hand it to Ali. If she is not in the office, put it into an envelope with your name and unit number on it and place it in the black mailbox outside the back of Ali's office next to the elevators. Thank you! Whenever you are unsure about something, ask Ali, she knows almost everything! (If you ask me, I usually end up asking Ali!)
