If you smoke, you may not toss your butt over the edge of your balcony. Yesterday someone on a high floor on 4 stack tossed a burning butt and caused an injury on a floor below. This is your building. Throw your trash away appropriately, don't throw it off the balcony!
Help is on the way!
With Henry still in Haiti and Simon still quarantined, Ali has been able to secure the services of a temporary helper. This is not a person we do not know. He is a former employee of one of our contractors who agreed to help us out a few hours a week until our staff gets back, hopefully at the end of August. You will probably recognize Kyle when you see him. He has worked here many times.
Revised Schedule for Terminex
This past Wednesday Terminex was scheduled for even floors. With Henry and Simon out we had no one available to escort the exterminator. They will be here on Friday starting at 10 AM. Our temporary helper will be here as well. If you rent or have someone else living in your unit please update them on this revised schedule. From the annuls of I get asked some "interesting" questions, even floors means that floors 2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16 and 18 will have their exterminating done on Friday.
