The Latest Update, in Spite of the Weather

To be honest, not much progress was made due to the weather conditions. Once again Mother Nature is not cooperating.

Some of the postponed inspections on stacks 4 and 5 were done today. The remainder will be on Friday. I am being told that the inspections. went smoothly and there are very few issues remaining.

Stack 6 has only 2 sets of shutters left to be done. Several of these were difficult since the original shutters had been installed on 2 layers of tile, not one.

Stack 7 bedroom windows are waiting. With the weather the way it is the contractor doesn't want too much open at one time. We have already had a few issues that are now being dealt with.

The work on the front of the building, stack 8 windows, has been cleaning rebar and making forms to hold the new concrete. They are trying to get it closed up quickly. Usually storms come from the east. Our luck, these came out of the west right at the front of the building!
