Construction is moving along!
1-The second floor parking deck is 3/4 done with the epoxy coating. When painting on stack 7 is done the deck will be finished. There is a total of 5 coatings that go on.
2-The painters are finishing the work on the bedroom windows on 7 stack. Will be done very shortly.
3-Stack 7 railings are done.
4-6 stack inspections are begining on Friday. The painters are done and we have dry weather forecast.
5-8 stack excavations are continuing on balconies. Window ledges are done and leaks seem to have been solved. Forms are being prepared for the "eyelid" concrete blocks.
6-The end of last week the Fire Inspector came to inspect the wet room roof and he cleared the permit. We expect the roofer to begin the beginning of the week.
7-Stack 1 shutters and tile balcony floors will start to be removed within the next few days. The contractor is starting with the units that are vacant.
8-Please don't forget that there is a Zoom assessment meeting this coming Wednesday at 7 PM. regarding the settlement of the Pam Lucas lawsuit. You can go onto our website, go to the President's Corner and go to the message, "Important Meeting Notice." The logon is in that message. You should be able to just click on it. Obviously, if you have access to this message, you also have access to that one.
