1-First of all, an important notice: ON TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 7 WE WILL BE HAVING OUR MANDATORY ANNUAL FIRE ALARM TEST. Don’t panic! This is only a test.
2-The 2nd floor parking deck is being pressure washed. Line drawing and parking bumpers will be coming. It cannot be used for parking until the bumpers are attached, the epoxy cures and it is waterproofed.
3-The window section of stacks 7 and 8 are on hold due to rain the next few days.
4-Inspections are being done on 6 stack. They are trying to finish the last bits on that stack.
5-8 stack has inspections going on to determine where to place new concrete as well as sliding door inspections. The window drop, front of building, will have painting delayed until next week due to the rainy forecast.
6-Concrete chipping is beginning on stack 1.
7-Concerning inspections-Please realize that there are MANY inspections that take place through this process. The contractor MAY NOT proceed with any work until the work is cleared following the engineer's inspection.
Everyone settle in for a rainy weekend. The good news is that we have a new roof!
